Hi

I am wondering what should I write in my first post on this blog. Should i jot down what I ate, how much portion or exercises done.

Hhmm… I guess it is best that I make a post at the end of the day. At the time of publishing this post, I have already created a draft post with details of breakfast. Details of snacks, lunch, dinner, exercises, etc, will written later.
